Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $35 cancellation fee.


All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes services, products, gift cards, memberships, and packages, whether purchased in person or online. Once a service is booked or a purchase is made, time and resources are reserved specifically for each client, and refunds cannot be issued.
