After-session care is an important part of your experience because it helps your body respond more comfortably and effectively to your session. Following the recommended care supports natural circulation, helps reduce soreness, and allows your body to adjust properly, helping you achieve the best possible results while staying comfortable and supported.Β

Drink plenty of water or electrolytes to support hydration and natural circulation
You may notice warmth, redness, or mild sensitivity β this is normal and temporary, especially with RF
Wear loose, comfortable clothing over the glutes
Avoid tight garments or pressure on the treated areas
πͺ Sitting & Pressure Care
Avoid sitting directly on the glutes for 2β3 hours after your session
If sitting is necessary:
Place a pillow or cushion under the upper thighs

Avoid hard or low seating the same day

Gentle walking is encouraged to keep circulation flowing
Avoid intense workouts, heavy lifting, or high-impact activity for 24 hours

RF works best when the body is allowed to respond naturally
Avoid deep massage, aggressive tools, or heavy pressure on the glutes for 24 hours
Gentle hand touch or light lotion application is fine later in the day

Warm (not hot) showers are fine
Avoid hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, or intense heat for 24 hours
Avoid ice or extreme cold directly on the glutes the same day
Allow the skin and tissue to cool and rebalance naturally after RF

Because this session includes RF, wait 24 hours before doing hot/cold contrast showers
After 24 hours, if comfortable:
Warm (not hot) water: 15 seconds
Cool (not cold) water: 15 seconds

End on cool
Use comfortable temperatures only β no extremes.
