After session information is a part of your experience because it helps your body respond more comfortably and effectively to your session to help you achieve the best possible results.

Right After Your Session

  • Drink plenty of water or electrolytes to support your body’s natural flow

  • Mild warmth, redness, or tenderness is normal and temporary

  • Wear your 360 waist compression (waist, flanks, lower back only)
    Do not wear compression over the glutes


Compression Tips

  • Wear 360 compression for 6–8 hours after your session

  • Compression should feel snug and supportive, never tight

  • Remove before bed 


Sitting & Pressure

  • Avoid sitting directly on the glutes for 2–3 hours after your session

  • If you need to sit:

    • Place a pillow under your upper thighs

    • This helps lift pressure off the glutes and maintain comfort

  • Avoid hard seating during this time


 

At-Home Hot & Cool Showers (Optional)

You may enjoy gentle contrast showers later in the day to support comfort and circulation.

How to do it:

  • Warm (not hot) water: 15 seconds

  • Cool (not cold) water: 15 seconds

  • Repeat 4 times

  • End with cool water

Helpful tips:

  • Wait 4–6 hours after your session

  • Focus on the area

  • Light exposure to glutes is okay — no extreme temperatures
