After-session care is an important part of your experience because it helps your body respond more comfortably and effectively to your session. Following the recommended care supports natural circulation, helps reduce soreness, and allows your body to adjust properly, helping you achieve the best possible results while staying comfortable and supported.Β 

Note: The sessions are for non medical body concurring techniques.

  • Drink plenty of water or electrolytes to support hydration and natural circulation

🚿 Shower & Temperature Care

  • Warm (not hot) showers are fine

  • Avoid hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, or intense heat for 24 hours

  • Avoid ice or extreme cold directly on the glutes the same day

  • Allow the skin and tissue to cool and rebalance naturally after RF


🚿 Hydrotherapy (Optional – RF Friendly)

  • Because this session includes RF, wait 24 hours before doing hot/cold contrast showers

After 24 hours, if comfortable:

  • Warm (not hot) water: 15 seconds

  • Cool (not cold) water: 15 seconds

  • Repeat 3–4 cycles

  • End on cool

Use comfortable temperatures only β€” no extremes.


🍽 Nourishment Support

  • Choose light, balanced meals

  • Focus on vegetables, quality protein, and healthy fats

  • Limit salty foods and added sugar to help reduce fluid retention


🚫 Alcohol Awareness

  • Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours after your session

  • Alcohol can affect hydration and how the body responds to sculpting and RF


😴 Rest & Sleep

  • Sleep on your side or stomach if comfortable
